August is upon and at last it is time to select the Summer Employee of the Quarter (EOQ) at DOMA. It is with great pleasure that DOMA Driven has announced Morgan Banjoman as DOMA’s Summer Employee of the Quarter.
Achieving Employee of the Quarter (EOQ) is no small feat at DOMA. An EOQ must have a long track record of exceptional work ethic to qualify. When choosing the EOQ for each quarter from the nominations DOMA Driven is looking for someone who sets an example for others, demonstrates a positive attitude, and goes above and beyond to make a difference at DOMA.
In the current business community, building a great company now stretches well beyond the conventional metrics used to measure the success of public and private organizations. The infusion of Millennials into the workplace has fueled a resurgence of emphasis placed on culture, community, and a connection between the typical corporate mantra and the employees who turn the wheels.
This week has been another step forward in building community connections for DOMA. Most recently DOMA was host to the Hampton Roads Amazon Web Services User Group for our first ever AWS Night. This informational event included beer, pizza, networking, and a presentation from AWS expert, Allan Askar. With about 20 in attendance we had a great turnout for the event.

Spring is just around the corner and the warmer weather has brought a new look to DOMA’s Seahawk facility. After a long wait the building is finally beginning to really take shape. A bold sign, window signage, and bright, new graphic wraps are just part of the renovation.
DOMA Technologies is excited to announce the launch of a new student led research project. DOMA has partnered with ECPI to begin its first project cycle this March.
At DOMA we take our Vision 2021 values seriously. One of those values, “Build Up Leaders” really speaks to DOMA’s mission to give back to the community through educational programs. For four years DOMA has partnered with Virginia Beach’s very own Wave Leadership College to help equip the next generation of leaders.
DOMA is pleased to announce the appointment of Danielle Wethington as Director of Communications. Danielle comes to us with an eclectic toolkit of creative experience in both graphic design and written communication.
