On Boss’s Day, we would like to say how much we appreciate all the wonderful bosses, managers, and employees at DOMA!
DOMA is proud to support the Mothers who work with us every day. Today is a day to thank the all mothers in our lives and meditate on the impact they have made on who we have become. Whether you are a biological mom, step-mom, foster mom, adoptive mom, surrogate mom or just a mother figure in someone’s life – we thank you!
Our employee of the quarter (EOQ) program provides an opportunity for our team to nominate and reward employees who embody DOMA’s values of Integrity, Fun, Community, and Innovation.
International Women’s Day is right around the corner on March 8th and with that in mind, DOMA would like to honor the day by introducing you to 4 of the women at DOMA.
The new year has arrived, and along with it, the perfect opportunity to reflect on 2019. For DOMA Gives this means looking back at the impact our charitable initiatives have had in the community and taking the time to plan for an even more generous 2020.
DOMA is proud to support veterans every day of the year through our Private Medical Records program. However, November offers the unique opportunity to celebrate those veterans who work at DOMA.
September 28, 2019 – At 8am on a blessedly overcast day a team of volunteers from DOMA and Roc Solid arrived in Newport News ready to build a playset for an amazing little girl named Mia. Mia, a bubbly 20-month-old, is battling Hepatoblastoma a rare form of cancer that typically starts in the liver. This playground project, sponsored by DOMA, is part of Roc Solid’s Play It Forward initiative.
As Fall quickly approaches, DOMA is preparing to launch its newest 8.0 edition of the DOMA Experience software. The customer experience is at the heart of DOMA’s approach to improving our software year after year. With that in mind, DX 8.0 will feature a complete overhaul of the user interface and some highly requested updates. Additionally, users will find that 8.0 boasts improved speed and performance.
