
On May 5th, 2022 DOMA hosted its first customer appreciation event of the year. This year, DOMA plans to reach out and reconnect with our valued customers.
Juneteenth was first recognized as a federal holiday in 2021. This year we are asking our employees what the holiday means to them.
On September 17th DOMA hosted its first Connected Business Networking (CBN) Event. CBN has over 150 members who meet monthly at different member locations around Hampton Roads. Each event hosts two keynote speakers and includes food and drinks, facility tours, and a speed networking session.
September 28, 2019 – At 8am on a blessedly overcast day a team of volunteers from DOMA and Roc Solid arrived in Newport News ready to build a playset for an amazing little girl named Mia. Mia, a bubbly 20-month-old, is battling Hepatoblastoma a rare form of cancer that typically starts in the liver. This playground project, sponsored by DOMA, is part of Roc Solid’s Play It Forward initiative.
As Fall quickly approaches, DOMA is preparing to launch its newest 8.0 edition of the DOMA Experience software. The customer experience is at the heart of DOMA’s approach to improving our software year after year. With that in mind, DX 8.0 will feature a complete overhaul of the user interface and some highly requested updates. Additionally, users will find that 8.0 boasts improved speed and performance.
Holding a Town Hall can be a powerful tool for unifying your team. Additionally, Town Halls can help employees get aligned with corporate values and as a result, nurture a culture that is invested in your organization’s success.
For the past few months, DOMA has been streamlining its Cloud services offerings. Under the guidance of DOMA’s Director of Cloud Services, Archie Horton, the company has made some important strides towards this goal.
This week has been another step forward in building community connections for DOMA. Most recently DOMA was host to the Hampton Roads Amazon Web Services User Group for our first ever AWS Night. This informational event included beer, pizza, networking, and a presentation from AWS expert, Allan Askar. With about 20 in attendance we had a great turnout for the event.
DOMA Technologies attended 2 events at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The events included the Public Procurement Forum on October 23rd hosted by the Virginia Department of General Services. The Department of General Services is comprised of one hundred professionals of state leaders and Commonwealth public bodies who are there to help identify, source, acquire
